Permanent, Part-time 0.4FTE (16 hours per week) Health Centre, Student Support The Administrator – Health & Wellness role will be based at the Windermere Campus within the Te Whare Hauora - Health Centre. This position involves providing high quality reception and administration service for the Health and Wellness staff, Equity Facilitator and students in a caring and supportive environment.
The skills, experience and qualifications required for this role include:
Experience in Business Administration and Computing or a relevant fieldProven ability to maintain high levels of confidentialityIntermediate level of IT skills (particularly Microsoft applications Word, Excel and Outlook)Strong organisational skills, particularly in relation to planning, time management, record keeping, administration and meeting deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work in a cohesive, supportive team environmentExperience with Medtech system and knowledge of medical terminology is desirable but not essential.Key to your success in this role you will have a high level of customer service, eye for detail and ability to provide a supportive and welcoming environment for students and staff.
