This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it.Support Net provides Needs Assessment and Service Coordination Services (NASC) across the Bay of Plenty and Lakes districts for people with disabilities and older people. This position, based in Tauranga, leads and coordinates the operations of the administration team. The role is also responsible for the coordination and maintenance of administration systems and client information databases that support the daily operation of the service.We are looking for someone who is experienced and appropriately qualified in administration and leadership to lead the team of six staff to provide services to the Support Net team. You will be competent in the relevant computer systems and be open to a changing and dynamic work environment. This is a challenging role with competing priorities and you will need to be a methodical worker with good problem-solving abilities, sound written and verbal communication skills and be able to prioritise your tasks and meet deadlines.Situated in the sunny eastern coast of New Zealand's North Island, the Bay of Plenty really is just that, offering vast golden sand beaches, bush clad mountains, lush farmlands and more.
