Position Overview: Currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator Team Leader to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities through the administrative team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the administrative process, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed. Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence management. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all administrative processes and documentation. Develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures to optimise productivity. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Train and onboard new administrative staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to streamline cross-functional processes and achieve organisational goals. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Required Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a senior administrative role, with demonstrated leadership abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
