We are seeking an Administration Team Lead to join the whanau! A hugely valued and experienced member of our team has decided to move on from this position, and we are looking to welcome a new person into this incredibly important role for the College of Creative Arts in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. The Administration Team Lead not only provides financial and operational guidance, but also supports the College of Creative Arts by leading a team of fantastic administrators tasked with providing comprehensive high-quality operational and finance support across a broad range of tasks and projects.  Working in an environment that fosters diversity and creativity you will work cross-functionally to provide effective engagement with staff across all levels, supporting initiatives with external and internal stakeholders that align with strategic priorities and programmes of work. To be considered you will have; • Experience in effective and successful team supervision/management • Significant administration experience and the ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives at the same time • Familiarity with enterprise software systems and processes (such as those use by the University (TechOne, FlexiPurchase, SharePoint, Power BI, Rapid, SMS and Orbit) • Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office 365  • Experience in business services and process improvement • Excellent customer service skills and awareness of customer needs • Experience and knowledge of the tertiary education environment • A knowledge and appreciation for the creative arts Massey University is committed to being a Tiriti-led organisation.
