We have three Administration Support positions available in the Administration Team at the Radiology Department, Tauranga Hospital. One position is full time, the other positions will be split to full or part time hours dependant on applications received.
The successful person(s) will be responsible for tasks including reception duties, processing referrals, arranging patient bookings, as well as other administration duties. You will need to excel at providing quality customer service.
This is a challenging position, that requires someone who works well under pressure, has good organisational skills, is willing to take on responsibility, and has the ability to multi task.
The person we require must work well in a team environment and be supportive and willing to help others when required.
