Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Mayston Partners is a successful Public Practice Chartered Accounting firm. Primary industry is at the heart of our local Bay of Plenty community and our firms skill set along with client base specialises within this industry.Our firm is dedicated to building operational excellence, product leadership, and long term client relationships.This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to join a high functioning team with the freedom to balance work and life.Administration Support helps keep the wheels of our busy firm moving forward with a variation of tasks including support with, client billing, client reporting, and documentation flow of GST processes along with annual financial statement processes. There may even be space to learn and build on our social media platforms.We have a wonderful group of clients which you will readily meet.Located in the Te Puna area our office space provides ample car parking and congestion free traffic depending on your home address. Our office is modern and located in a lovely rural setting.The role offers 7.5-10 hours per week and would suit someone looking to balance their time around school hours.
