The Role:
They are currently seeking two upbeat,motivated Administratorsto provide support for their growing field-based team.
In this role you will be undertaking a range of administrative support work, including data entry, updating the details of clients, performing credit checks, a bit of track and tracing, working with various spread sheets, route planning, supporting the team in the field with information that they might need, recording notes again clients in the system and a range of other administration tasks.
The roles are basically administrative support roles, that will require organized, switched on administrators who are process driven and have a sharp eye for detail.
The Hours:
40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. ( Plus overtime if you want to boost your earnings).
One role requires the new Administrator to work a later shift, from 11:30am – 8pm.The other new Administrator could start at 7am, or 8am, or even 9am.When you apply, please indicate what shift/ hours you want to work.
About You: Enjoys administration work and has some experience in an admin role.Has speedy, accurate administration / processing skillsHas confident systems experience.Is confident using MS Word, Outlook and Excel for spreadsheeting.Will be okay with repetitive tasks.Strong self-motivation. RESULTS ORIENTED. Proactive!Hard working and keen to grow within the company.Social at the right times. Focused at the right times.Strong communication skills. Preference for those that have English as a first languageEnjoys a bit of banter and a fast-paced role.
