This role is responsible to provide an effective and efficient administration service to ensure all functions are completed in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
Reporting to the Branch Administrator responsibilities for this role include: Receptionist functions including answering and directing telephone calls and assisting all visitors and customers to the officeProcessing weekly timesheetsAssist in purchase order creation and maintenanceCo-ordination and data entry of all subcontractor orders, claims and paymentsAssist project managers with setup of projects into ProntoAssist with updating of staff and incident reporting in our Health & Safety portal To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience: Proficient in MS suite of products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher)Pronto software knowledge is an advantageHandling and processing of subcontractor claims, retentions and reconciliationTimesheet processingContracting/ customer invoicingStrong administration and data entry experience3 to 5 years' experience in an administration role for a contracts/ trade services operation Ideally, you will have broad Administration experience with the ability to prioritise and manage your work activities. We are looking for someone who has a genuine belief in providing excellent customer service, is highly motivated with a "can do" attitude.
