We work alongside defendants and whanau and with defence counsel and a range of community and government social service providers to prepare bail proposals and develop bail support plans for defendants.Nga kawenga | About the roleJoining us as an Administration Officer in the Bail Support Services team, you will be based in Palmerston North supporting the Bail Support Services team members across the district.The key responsibilities of your job will cover a wide range of administrative services including;Liaising with the organisations and services we work withProcessing filesPreparing documents for CourtPurchasing materialsRecord management and ensuring correspondence, reports and other documentation meet Department timelines and standardsProviding team support e.g. co-ordinating meetings and documentationIn this varied role you will enjoy working in a challenging and fast paced environment where your ability to multi-task and demonstrate sound judgement will be essential. You need to be adaptable when faced with the changing needs of your team whilst adhering to policies and procedures.It is important that you highlight your experience and skills in your CV and Cover Letter.
