Job Description - Administration Coordinator (HAW07676)Vacancy No Vacancy No : HAW07676Success is not the work of one, but the work of many.Permanent, Full-time80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Coordinator to work within our Community and Whanau Wellbeing Team. This role sits within the Regional National Public Health of Health New Zealand. Your primary functions are to provide administrative support to the Manager, Community and Whanau Wellbeing and the wider team.We're ideally looking for someone with several years' experience in a busy role and ideally some of that experience would have been within the health sector.Excellent computer skills utilising databases, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), and be computer savvy to learn other software packagesAgenda preparation and minute taking experienceExcellent communication skills to communicate with a wide range of people.Excellent time management and prioritisation skillsStrong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilitySelf-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team.Be reliable and work well under pressureExperience in database design and management.Able to show initiative in reviewing systems with a view to improving themAn understanding of population health and an empathy for what it is trying to achieveLocated in the sunny Hawkes Bay we live in pure paradise.
