We are seeking two new team members to join our Auckland Administration team. To be successful in this role, you will: Have proven administration skills and be comfortable working with multiple software packages with a particular strength in Word, Outlook and Excel.Be someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit teamBe available to work 8-hour rotating shifts on either Tuesday-Friday (7.00am-3.30pm, 8.30am-5.00pm, 10.00am-6.30pm, 11.15am - 8.45pm) and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Saturdays, or Monday-Friday (7.00am-3.30pm, 8.30am-5.00pm, 10.00am-6.30pm, 11.15am - 8.45pm). Occasional statutory holiday duties may also be required.Show meticulous attention to detail - accurate records management is an important aspect of the role.Strong customer service skills - face-to-face and on the phone.Display strong written and verbal communications skills and have the desire to improve yourself and add value to the organisation.Be passionate about providing amazing customer service.Salary starting from $51,420 to $57,882 depending on skills & experience.
Our NZBS team has the sole responsibility for collecting, processing and distributing blood for transfusion in New Zealand. We're an essential service, and through the generosity of our fellow Kiwis, we are able to help save lives.

In addition to our vein to vein service in transfusion we also provide national services in organ transplantation, cellular therapies and tissue banking. We exist to ensure the efficient delivery of safe blood and tissue products on a time critical basis throughout New Zealand and through the generosity of our donors, we are able to help save lives.
