Based in Mt. Wellington, Auckland we are seeking an Administration Support Assistant to join our team.
Your new role supporting the Office Manager and Director your responsibilities will include but not be limited to…
General office administration. Maintaining staff records e.g. Holiday records, contact lists, company car information. Assisting with month end invoices. Dealing with general enquiries. Completing and managing multiple reports, worksheets and spreadsheets.
A varied role, you would need to be self-motivated and able to work on your own as well as part of a team.What you'll need to succeed: Strong MS Office skills - Especially Excel Highly organised. Strong written and verbal communication. What you'll get in return: Healthcare on completion of initial period of employment (probation) Pension Hours of work: 8.00am - 1.30pm (or 9.00am-2.30pm) Salary $40,000-$41,000 What you need to do now:
