Our business is a boutique wealth management advisory company based in the Auckland CBD. Working in a small team you will be supporting the client service team with general administration tasks. This is a casual position with approximately 8-10 hours work per week depending on workloads. This position would suit someone highly organised, with an excellent eye for detail and good Excel skills.Tasks:Add new material to file records, and create new records as necessaryArchiving filesEntering relevant documents and client/supplier contact details into the CRM systemScanning incoming materials (and sometimes locate articles on the web) and file in relevant locationsSorting or classifying information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical orderWorking with Excel copying data, and checking formulasAssisting with marketing events and tasksPerform general office duties from time to time such as typing, reception tasks and ad hoc administrationKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesGreat eye for detail and accuracy skills.Good communication skills.Good organization and time management ability.Excellent computer skills; spelling and grammar. Carefully proofs own work.Dependable, takes initiative, takes pride in work.Can work independently.Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing and especially Excel spreadsheets (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).CRM experience a bonus, but not essential.Work ExperienceIdeally 1 year working in an administration or accounts role.HoursApproximately 8 hours per week.
