The Opportunity The Nelson Branch is looking for an Administration and Client Support to join the team. It is one of the larger branches in the South Island with a mixture of Commercial, Domestic and Rural clients. In this role you will support our Insurance Brokers with their day-to-day account management, which will include directly supporting clients within that portfolio. Day to day you might work on:Client renewal paperwork Premium negotiations Policy and new business submissionsDocument managementClaims management You will be working with clients, so there will be a focus on strong customer service, professionalism and credibility ensuring clients walk away having had an excellent experience. About You To hit the ground running in these roles ideally you will need to have some experience in the Insurance space or come from an administration and support background. There is lots of autonomy in the position, so you will be a proactive person who uses their initiative to always be one step ahead. Ideally you will have the following skillset:Experience building relationships with clientsConfidence being a point of contact when needed Strong written and verbal communication skills Ultimately, we are looking for the right team fit. If you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn we will support with thorough training and upskilling opportunities. Aon will help you through your studies for the NZ Certificate in Financial Services, qualification fees are covered through our study support program.
