Job Description
The Ad Operations (Ad Ops) Director is responsible for the overall operational Ad Ops product and output. This means owning/working with the Head of Performance to develop the tracking architecture and strategic tracking direction of major accounts, developing operational frameworks, and instilling best practice and process across all operations. This will be bought to life by leading a team whose responsibilities include implementing, managing, and analysing successful digital campaigns.
The Ad Ops Director will proactively develop his/her own knowledge base and keep up to date with industry developments to ensure our product is best in class.
Client services:The Ad Ops Director will lead, with support to the Head of Performance, client services for OMD. He/she will need to immerse themselves in the client's business to develop an in-depth understanding of business goals, marketing objectives and be conversant and knowledgeable in setting aligned digital goals.
Team management:The Ad Ops Director will set goals and KPIs, professionally develop and provide leadership and support to all Ad Ops team members and, together with the Head of Performance, take ownership of their career growth.
Business development:The Ad Ops Director will support the Head of Performance with developing new processes to help streamline operations to establish the business' best practices on campaign set-ups, optimisations, measurement, and reporting.
Relationship management:The Ad Ops Director will support the Head of Performance to ensure that healthy, successful relationships are in place with internal and external parties. This will be built on clear process, communication, and positivity.
Profile management:The Ad Ops Director must exhibit the OMD values, to maintain OMD's profile both externally and internally.
