We have an exciting opportunityavailable to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre as an AccountsReceivable/Finance SAP Specialist.
This role isresponsible for supporting the Accounting Services Team with overseeing and managingall SAP accounts receivable activities, policies and procedures in accordancewith standards of good accounting practice.
Reportingto AR Manager tasks include but notlimited to: Ensuring accurateprocesses for SAP invoicing is in place for members and customersPreparation of SAP processesand implementation for sundry invoices, refunds, remittances, statements,or credit notesPreparing SAP for monthlystatement and fees payments for customer and member accountsOverdue accounts andcontact members, or customers regarding payment and liaising with widerfinance team as requiredAssisting AR Managerand management team as a finance SAP professional.To besuccessful in this role you will have: Specialist accounting/financialknowledge especially in ARAn excellent SAP Knowledgeand experience is essential for this roleAbility to provideaccurate output within assigned deadlinesGood proficiency withExcel and Microsoft office and Pacsoft an advantageExperience working in ateam-based environmentPrevious exposure to amedium/large ERP system2+5 years SAP Finance - Accounts Receivable experience preferable.
