Job Description: Booktrack is looking for a motivated and energetic Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Entry Level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of payments and receivables, resolving any discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections. Responsibilities:- Process and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes- Generate and send out invoices to customers- Communicate with customers to collect overdue payments- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Work closely with the accounting team to improve processes and procedures Requirements:- Energetic and motivated individual- Strong adaptability and time management skills- Excellent attention to detail- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Benefits:- Medical coverage- Profit sharing- Vision insurance Working Environment:At Booktrack, we pride ourselves on being a company that transcends borders, promoting collaboration on a global scale.
