Accounts Receivable Officer

Located atour harbourside head office in Sulphur Point, an Accounts Receivable (AR)professional is required to perform this vital role in our busy Finance team.You will bring experience in an AR environment with a primary focus ongenerating accurate and timely invoices to customers for services supplied, aswell as debt collection, issuing credit notes and month end reporting.

Thisposition reports to the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer and supports the logisticsdivision of our business that manages three Warehouse operations in Tauranga.

Tobe successful in this role you will have strong data entry and excel skillswith high levels of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being able tohandle repetitive processes and meet strict deadlines. In addition, you need tohave excellent communication skills, be a team player with a sense of humourand have good numeracy.

Experiencewith finance packages such as TechOne and invoicing in an ERP type environmentwould be beneficial. As an organisation C3 Limited has a complex structure withmany branches and subsidiary companies resulting in a variety of codes forinvoicing.

Thisposition is a permanent position with up to 40 hours per week, with someflexibility with the hours of work.
