Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable at Union Pacific in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, you will be responsible for managing the company's incoming payments and receivables. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:- Generate and send out invoices to customers- Follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile discrepancies- Process incoming payments and record transactions- Prepare and analyze aging reports- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Collaborate with other departments to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field- Reliable and resilient personality traits- Strong people management and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
