Our Accounts Receivable team is seeking applications from experienced and enthusiastic finance administrators for the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk. You will be reporting to the Team Leader, Credit Control and be mainly responsible for debt collection, invoicing, credit, and cash management processing for our client DHB.
Your role is to ensure recovery of debt owed to the DHB, process invoicing and credit requests, and cash management.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Create receivable invoices, credit notes and foreign currency invoices
Debt management, account receivable reconciliation, and resolve queries
Perform AR month end requirements
Perform receipt allocation and cash management tasks to reconcile Oracle receipts with the bank statement
Contribute to Revenue business improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role you will have experience in administration, invoicing and billing, and debt recovery and collection experience would be ideal, preferably with a large organisation. You will have good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, accurate keyboard skills and strong written and oral skills.
