A varied and autonomous role, with your own portfolio of clients, but you'll also work collaboratively with the team on day to day AR tasks. Key Responsibilities Process daily bank statement analysis and receipting Process credit card payments Payment allocations and following up on unallocated payments Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness Negotiate payment plans and monitor closely to ensure compliance Debtor reconciliations Credit checking, sending accounts to external debt collection, and removing suspension status Send copy customer invoices and statements Enter manual invoice and credit note requests Check and approve credit notes for processing, action allocations, transfers and other relevant journals to maintain customer accounts Follow ups with respective customers on failed payment Key Requirements Previous AR and / or Credit Control experience would be advantageous however we would also love to hear from Accounting Graduates with strong Customer Service experience. This role would suit someone with a good eye for detail, someone who can prioritise, and work independently.
