This newly developed role was created to support our existing Accounts Payable Manager with people management (2x direct reports), automation, reporting & business partnering with our branch network.

Key activities in the role:
Process invoices in CAAP's software.Creditor Reconciliations.Reconcile and clear overdue accounts.Supplier maintenance and processing of journals.Assist with Overseas Creditors ReconciliationsImplement improvements in CAAP's/APProcess stock invoices against store stock receipts and resolve discrepancies in CAAPs and Pronto (ERP system)Process GL coded invoices and credit notesResolve discrepancies with credit notes and claims and coding appropriatelyAssist with maintenance of accounts payable accounting system and processes, including internal financial controls.Assist with external audit process.Ensure invoices, payments, and records comply with applicable tax and compliance requirements. 08th May, 2024 Motion have a rich heritage dating back to 1919 with the establishment of Wilson Bros in Dunedin.
