We have an exciting opportunity available to joinour Albany, Auckland based Support Centre as an Accounts Payable SharedServices Team Leader.  The role is responsible for supporting the SharedServices team to provideand maintain an effective accounts payable service while proactively leadingand managing the Accounts Payable team, ensuring that there are adequateprocesses and procedures in place, to enable effective and efficient supplierledger integrity. Further, this role is required to promote a constructive andcustomer focused team culture, continuously improve work practices and adopt abusiness partnering approach to internal customers by working collaborativelyand developing solutions in the achievement of objectives.
What you'll deliver: Ensuringthe accurate processing and reconciliation of the Accounts Payable Ledgers fordesignated group of member companiesProvidinga high standard of service to the allocated group of members according to theagreed SLA KPI'sEnsuringthe team is allocating purchase order numbers (if applicable) and resolving anyissuesManagingthe blocking and unblocking of invoicesAgreeingKPIs and team targets with manager and team and delivering against themDeveloping,coaching and supporting a high performing team.To be successful in this role youwill have:  Demonstratedexperience in leadership, development of people and resource planningExperienceleading a team delivering full function accounts payable in large volumetransactional servicesTertiaryqualification in accounting, business, commerce or a related field and, ordemonstrated experienceExperiencein all facets of Accounts PayableProvenexperience with large ERP – SAP S4/HANA is highly preferred.
