Icebreaker is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Wellington, New Zealand. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable. Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner- Manage vendor relationships and address any payment discrepancies- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting- Conduct research and negotiate payment terms with vendors- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Resourceful problem solver with a dedication to meeting deadlines- Experience with remote work is a plus Personality traits: resourceful, dedicatedSoft skills: research, negotiation Benefits:- Dental insurance- Relocation allowance- Paid overtime At Icebreaker, we are dedicated to creating a working environment that is focused on understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
