This is an ASAP start, 4-month contract role with the potential to extend. Based in Rosedale, North Shore this is a full-time, office-based role generally between 8am – 4:30pm or 830am to 5pm.You will be dealing with high volumes within a challenging and rewarding environment. Being able to hit the ground running is essential and some of your core duties will include:
High-volume data entryProcessing all supplier invoicesReconciliations of supplier accountsResearch and resolve invoice issuesPayroll data entry processing So, who are you? You will be an experienced AP Officer who is confident with tackling high volumes of data. You will have exceptional attention to detail, time management and will ideally have used Xero previously. You must also be proficient on Excel.
