ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER NEEDED | ASAP | SOUTH & EAST AUCKLAND AREAS

We are currently seeking experienced and committed Accounts Payable Officers to join a range of temporary assignments.To be successful in our temporary assignments, the candidates need the following:2+ years proven accounts payable experienceProven experience working with accounting software such as SAP, MYOB, XERO, Greentree, Pronto, JDEA high level of attention to detailExperience working within a high-volume environmentInvestigation and resolution skillsStrong communication skills
Your duties will include, but not limited to:Data entryMatching PO numbers and codingDaily, weekly and monthly payment runs and reconciliationsProcessing expensesSupporting the wider financial team with ad hoc accounting tasks
