Join our vibrant team at our Morningside support office!We're on the lookout for a proactive Accounts Payable enthusiast to join our processing team. This is a full time role - working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Given the nature of retail, this is a high-volume processing role requiring accuracy and focus. As a crucial member of our team, you will provide essential support to our Rebel Sport and Briscoes stores, as well as our Distribution Centre, and Support Office functions. Key responsibilities will include: Processing stock invoices against store stock receipts and resolving discrepancies Processing of GL coded invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner Resolving discrepancies with credit notes and claims and coding appropriately Trouble shooting and resolving errors promptly and effectively, demonstrating your problem-solving abilities. Actively contributing to the finance team by providing support in various business processes. Other ad-hoc duties Skills and Experience: To enable you to be successful in this role, you will have: An understanding of the full accounts payable process Experience in Accounts Payable or a strong admin background Experience working with matching stock invoices to purchase orders Excellent attention to detail Basic Excel skills would be an advantage Experience with SAP is beneficial Enthusiasm, initiative, and a can-do attitude About the Company: Briscoe Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a partner of First Foundation and a proud supporter of Cure Kids.
