Job Description:

AK Steel Holding in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. This role requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable who is independent, resilient, has strong presentation skills, and is creative.

Responsibilities:- Process high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records - Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize workload - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
