Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Accounts Payable Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential service and support to care facilities and suppliers, ensuring all accounts payable queries are responded to in a timely manner. What you'll do: As an Accounts Payable Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing service and support to care facilities and suppliers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing invoices, assisting with payment runs, reconciling supplier's statements, and ensuring all invoices are approved according to company policy. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts payable records and undertaking other finance-related tasks as required. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Processing and loading invoices into the systemAssisting with weekly and end-of-month payment runsReconciliation of supplier's statementsEnsuring all invoices are approved according to company policyMaintaining tidy and accurate accounts payable recordsUndertaking other finance-related tasks when required What you bring: The ideal Accounts Payable Business Partner will bring a wealth of experience and skills to the role. You should have at least two years of relevant experience in accounts payables, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and BC365 or other accounting systems. Your high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, your ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork skills, and good communication skills will enable you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
