Accounts Officer

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join an innovative private sector organisation based in Wellington Central as an Accounts Officer.This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in accounts or business administration, who is looking to transition into a role within the Accounting & Finance space. The responsibilities of the role relates to an accounts payable and accounts receivable role, including credit control.About you:Strong organisational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to deliver high quality work.Ability to work independently and collaboratively when required.Process driven with strong problem solving skills.Willingness to learn and develop skills in the Accounting & Finance field.Ability to pick up new processes quickly.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is also desirable.Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable is highly desirable.Note: We are not accepting applications from outside of New Zealand.
