About the Role
Reporting to the Transactional Services Team Lead, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to help strengthen financial operations. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day accounting tasks and the meticulous management of accounts payable and receivable, enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivableMonitor cash flows and prepayments accuratelyExecute receipting and financial transactions with precisionSupport monthly financial reporting and reconciliationsCollaborate with the finance team to streamline processes.So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile? Proficient in managing accounts payable and receivable.Strong understanding of financial principles related to cash flow and prepayments.Excellent analytical and organisational skills.Experience with Yardi would be preferable but not essential.Dive into a role that offers real growth, financial impact, and a flexible work arrangement including 2 days from home.
