Office Management (Administration & Office Support)We're looking for an Accounts Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth running of the office.To be successful for this role it is critical that you have previous experience that is relevant to the role being advertised.Accounts Manager Responsibilities:Facilitate the smooth running of the office and administration processesBookkeeping for up to three entitiesAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableBank and other ReconciliationsHuman Resource ManagementPayroll Management and ProcessingGST and PAYE ReturnsAssist with Health and Safety/ACCJob costings/Debt collecting where neededProvide back up to admin team when requiredCustomer service when requiredOther general duties as requiredAccounts Manager Requirements:Prior office management experience is essentialExcellent computer skills, especially typingWe are looking for an Accounts Manager- hours will be 30 hours negotiable.
