Accounts Co-Ordinator

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Tupore Infrastructure is a proud Hawke's Bay born and bred, roading and civil infrastructure company. We are seeking a versatile and driven person who enjoys all facets of accounts processing to join our team. This person will play a central role by supporting the CFO to assist with all internal finance related transactions and reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Key responsibilities in this role: Undertake all Bank related Processing  Debtor and Creditor Processing  Asset Reporting  Provide Phone and Reception Support  Support Payroll when required To be successful in this role you will have: Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written Attention to detail and accurate data entry Previous experience in an Administrative role Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of your role Job Cost Management would be an advantage Self motivated and reliable with good time management Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
