This person will play a central role by supporting the CFO to assist with all internal finance related transactions and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.Key responsibilities in this role:Undertake all Bank related Processing Debtor and Creditor Processing Asset Reporting Provide Phone and Reception Support Support Payroll when requiredTo be successful in this role you will have:Excellent communication skills , both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and accurate data entryPrevious experience in an Administrative roleAbility to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of your roleJob Cost Management would be an advantageSelf motivated and reliable with good time management Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
