We are seeking an experienced and passionate Finance & Administration professional to take control of their finance department. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you can be sure to love this role if you are passionate about admin/finance and love a fast-paced environment. On a daily basis, you'll be working with their outstanding team, their suppliers, customers and all other related parties who help their company thrive. This is a small, high-performance team, and you must be willing to take full ownership of the role, with fantastic communication and organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Main Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Bank Reconciliation. Expense Management & creative cost reduction. Financial Reporting. Cashflow forecasting Project Accounting. Budget Tracking. Administrative Support. Payroll Assistance. Vendor Communication Compliance. New System implementation. Ideal Selection Criteria: You will have a sound working knowledge of Xero and ideally have experience working within an industrial sector. Other key experience that would be preferred would include: Familiarity with construction accounting software (e.g., Procore, Scoro). Strong understanding of project financial management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of relevant construction industry regulations. Experience with debtor collection Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional alphanumerical accuracy Passionate about streamlining and implementing process improvements Excellent phone and general communication skills A self-starter with excellent time management skills Highly organised and able to work quickly and under pressure to meet deadlines Proven punctuality, reliability, honesty, and a high level of accountability Team - means everything to you!
