We are looking for an accounts and admin superstar to join our finance Team. This role full-time and is based in our EAP Auckland office.
What does the day to day look like?
The role of Accounts and Admin Assistant involves providing accounts and admin support for our EAP services, processing customer invoicing and assisting with financial reporting to management and the board.
Responsibilities include:
Processing customer invoices and credit notes
Running moth-end customer statements
Reconciling month-end AR invoices
Supporting debtor control process
Supporting the contract renewal process
Setting up new customers in GreenTree and EAP Executive
Undertaking travel/accommodation arrangements for staff
Responding to customer enquiries
Ad hoc accounting tasks as required
What do you need to apply?
We are looking for someone with strong personal maturity with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. You will also be a passionate, positive, well-rounded, down-to-earth character who can inspire trust and confidence across a professional services group. You will also have:
Accounts receivable experience
At least 1 year relevant experience in accounting/finance (preferred)
Accounting graduate or technician (or working towards)
Microsoft Office 365 (certified or highly proficient)
Strong all-round ability and well-developed EQ
Excellent time management skillsea
Attention to detail, accuracy, and solutions-focused mindset.
Good communication skills - written and oral
Comfortable with change
