Nelson, NelsonPermanentAccounts Administrator Cawthron is New Zealand’s largest independent science research organisation based in Nelson.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team – perhaps you’re ready to take on more responsibility. The role is varied within a small finance team working primarily with accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets & monthly reporting.
You will be able to manage sizeable quantities of invoicing so you’ll be versatile, quick and well organised. Systems aptitude and IT literacy is required and you will be comfortable supporting others using the associated systems. Along with an accounts payable and accounts receivable, you may also offer skills around bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
