Accountant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dr Pepper Snapple Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, making it a great opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in accounting.

Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports- Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support decision-making- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations- Provide support for ad-hoc finance projects and initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Driven and resourceful personality traits- Presentation and persuasion soft skills
