This position is permanent full time.This role will involve supporting the delivery of Council finance business partnering, processes and financial reporting. Familiarity and aptitude for month and year end accounting procedures, finance systems and good IT skills will be important for success in this role. There will also be a significant focus on our new finance system (Datascape) including ongoing process and system development.This a small, tight knit team who all work collaboratively together so there is definitely an emphasis on teamwork.Further details on the role can be found below on the Position Description link, or for any other questions please contact our People and Wellness team on (06) 765 7127 .You will be (or working towards being) a qualified chartered accountant, with a relevant accounting degree and an interest in systems.
