This can be a full time or part time position with hours to be discussed upon application. With showrooms in both Invercargill and Winton our extensive product range and attention to detail gives us a competitive edge with the ability to provide the broadest range of possible solutions, to our customers. This role will be based in our Invercargill showroom.This is a key leadership role within our company. You will be a team player and be responsible for preparing, analysing and presenting financial information. You will also be motivated and perform at optimum levels.To be successful in this role you will have:Outstanding communication skills with an amazing attitude.Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.Strong computer skills including advanced excel skills and the ability to adapt to change.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability with the ability to think on your feet.A down-to-earth, pragmatic approach to doing business with the ability to relate to a wide range of people including customers, suppliers and our team.An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.A vibrant, energetic and authentic personality with a positive attitude.The want to learn flooring products and the flooring industry.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare monthly accounts and reports.Prepare gross margin reports.Run monthly shareholder meetings and present the financials at these meetings.Prepare and file both GST and RWT returns.Prepare end of year accounts for the external accountant.Prepare yearly budget and report on progress monthly.Complete NZ Statistics Returns as required.Bank reconciliations.Process creditor invoices.Maintain the accuracy of our job acceptance "pipeline" tool and report on this.Liaise with marketing consultants and external accountants.Prepare sales reports.Debtors.Scheduling measures & installations.Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
