Account Support Specialist

Choice, a leading company in Nelson, NZ, is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to fill the role of Account Support Specialist. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with account management tasks, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Key responsibilities include:- Managing client accounts and ensuring all needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Providing product information and support to clients- Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise with client accounts- Assisting the sales team with account management and sales support tasks- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations for clients- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions To be successful in this role, you must be reliable, energetic, and possess strong decision-making skills. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
