Job description:The Account Support Representative at Union Pacific will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely from the Hamilton, Waikato, NZ area. This individual will work closely with the Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention, as well as assist in the growth of the company's client base. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Provide product information and recommendations to clients as needed- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training and support as necessary- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role- Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong time management and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
