Job Description: Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a remote part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional support to key accounts and clients, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships.2. Assist with order processing, invoicing, and resolving any account-related issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize account growth opportunities.4. Analyze account performance data and prepare regular reports for management review.5. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and improve overall account management processes.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to proactively identify opportunities for account growth.7. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and job skills. Requirements:1. Driven and reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.3. Persuasion and problem-solving skills to effectively negotiate and resolve account issues.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
