Job Description:

As an Account Support Manager at Mattel in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key customer accounts within the company. This role is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.2. Provide support to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to customers.4. Create and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.5. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. Proven experience in account management or customer support, with a minimum of 6 years.3. Motivated and resilient personality traits.4. Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.8. Experience in the toy or consumer goods industry is a plus.
