Account Support Associate

Job Description:We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Account Support Associate to join our team at iHeartMedia in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in the media industry. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the account management team- Assist in creating sales proposals and presentations- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns- Monitor and track campaign performance- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills

Requirements:- Passion for the media industry and a desire to learn- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent
