You may have agency side experience, but maybe not – we're looking for someone who's confident and comfortable dealing with clients and creative partners.The right person will bring a strong mix of people skills and project management skills – we want to find someone who is highly organised who enjoys working in a busy environment. You'd be joining a hard-working and down to earth team who support each other.As well as the chance to work with a bunch of fun and talented people, we also offer a flexible working environment, ongoing career development opportunities, a supportive manager who will give you the tools to learn and thrive, and we're about to move into a fun new office space!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the day-to-day implementation of project deliverables and ensures these deliverables are ready for client presentation/approvalWorks in conjunction with agency resourcing to ensure projects are scheduled and delivered in a timely mannerEnsures conference reports and/or meeting notes are completed and distributed to clients and all relevant stakeholdersInitiates/drafts scope documents and works with team to secure client approvalHelps manage briefs and debriefs in conjunction with the Account Director or Group Account DirectorInitiates projects within the agency, following agency processes and systemsCollaborates with other agency partners to ensure goals and deadlines are metBuilds financial management skills, including preparation of billing and monthly projections in conjunction with the Account Director or Group Account DirectorActively participates in key client meetings and VML presentationsProactively seeks and sustains knowledge of client's business, industry and competitionREQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/CAPABILITIESStrong communication skills & attention to detailAbility to work effectively as part of a teamProblem solving abilityMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
