Account & Relationship Management (Sales)TDG Environmental are a leading provider of drainage solutions across Australia and New Zealand. TDG Environmental offers a safe, empowering and inclusive work environment that is as diverse as the communities in which we operate.About the roleWe are seeking an Account Manager to join our team based in Whangarei. In this role you will have your own customer base and are responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers. A successful Account Manager will work with clients to understand their needs and position our services effectively.Your key responsibilities will include:Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and position our services effectively.Maintain accurate client data using our CRM software.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst achieving sales targets.Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasting and market insights to the NZ leadership team.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned accounts.Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.Collaborate with operational teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues addressing concerns resolving issues as needed.What we want you to bring to the roleFull NZ Drivers LicenceExperience in the drainage market, including Hydro Excavation and CCTV,A natural ability to align our products and services to the needs of our clients and market our brand to the wider region.A pride in your work and output, the ability to drive forward sales and get a kick out of the result. You will also be a self-starter.Showcase a proven ability to establish and cultivate successful client relationships, starting from prospects and developing into sustainable partnerships.Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, conveying information in a practical and easily understandable manner.Strong skills in written and verbal communications, negotiation, time management, planning and presentation.Ability to think outside the square and resolve issues.An operational and or sales background within the three waters industry is an advantage.What We OfferTDG Environmental values its employees and understands the importance of employee offerings.
