Account Manager

The Role

This role will suit a personality that is tenacious, pro-active, a relationship builder and organised; following up on inbound leads and having a consultative conversation you will use your sense of urgency to achieve your targets.

The ideal person will have a flair for working in a fast-paced environment in a rewarding and motivated team; to be considered you must be fluent in Cantonese.

They are an industry leading workspace innovator that has been established for over 15 years and are currently going through a phase of rapid expansion, growing by 23% year on year for the last four years and are disrupting the traditional commercial real estate model.

Their offerings are an alternative to the traditional way of procuring managing workspace combing flexibility and choice. This is a consultative team that delivers bespoke solutions that include fit outs and price negotiations with their client base.

Due to an influx in the market space and organic growth this company are now looking to bring another Account Manager dealing in all of Asia.

The Requirements
A proven track record in sales and account management
Working proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
A passion for excellent customer service
Experience working to and delivering KPIs

$60k + super + uncapped commissions
