About the role:

The key aspects of this role are to deliver a short-term marketing and communication collateral to Metlink customers around key changes to the services as a result of the Bus Network Review across the Wellington region.
This role will sit within the Marketing and Communications team within the wider Customer Engagement department.
Collateral and communications will include social media, advertising, posters, web messaging and contact briefs and other collateral as required.
Ensuring our excellent customer experience is really important to our Metlink team and we strive to deliver excellent, proactive, timely communications around changes to services.
You will need to be agile, customer focused and have a broad range of marketing and communication skills.
This role reports to the Key Account Manager, Public Transport communications and will work closely with both the PT Communications team of four and the wider public transport team.
Skills and experience required:
Three to four years marketing and communications experience
Agility and responsiveness to customer needs and feedback
Able to write clear briefs to design, agency and media buy teams
Excellent writing skills
Understanding of key social media, marketing and online channels
