This role will work in our Commercial team in Christchurch and will be responsible for assisting the Client Manager and Senior Broker in all aspects of client service to maintain and grow an existing book of business.We seek a diligent team player with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills who can contribute to all aspects of client service.The RoleIn conjunction with the Account Manager, ensure that the client's risk management and insurance broking programs are administered to ensure the delivery of high-quality services with a focus on client retention and business developmentPreparation of client documentation and ensuring 100% accuracy prior to distribution to clients and insurersDevelop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients and other key stakeholders (internal and external), representing WTW in a professional manner.Maintain comprehensive client data on WTW systems, facilities and databasesCompare renewal terms with previous year and advise broker of any changesCollaboration with other colleagues to facilitate the growth and success of WTWWork in conjunction with the offshore Operations Support team (Mumbai) to ensure the preparation and delivery of documentation.Liaise with Operations on any issues the team may be having and provide suggestions for improvementSupport the Account Manager in the management of client's claims by responding to client's calls and enquiries and providing advice on the claim process, liaise with insurance assessors as required and ensure agreed claims standards are achieved and timely settlement of claimsEnsure all documentation is prepared in accordance with company service and compliance proceduresThe RequirementsExcellent administrative and support skills in a dynamic and successful insurance broking environmentInsurance qualification and/or knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry desirableSound oral & written communication skills both on individual and small group basis.Excellent report writing and correspondence skillsAbility to prioritise work and manage a diverse and busy workloadA team player with ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trustProficient in all MS Office productsGood understanding of internet and intranet applications and usage.A quick learner and the desire to take on additional duties when required.Note: Employment-based visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.Why Join WTW?WTW provides a competitive benefits package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply):Additional paid annual leaveLife, Income Protection and Trauma insuranceAnnual bonusCompany paid salary continuance insuranceHybrid workingNetworks (Gender, Wellbeing, Pride)Career Growth – internal opportunities and development programsAt WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful.
